Located in the Lockerbie Square neighborhood in downtown Indianapolis, Block 20 is located next to the Athenaeum, a National Historic Landmark. Long utilized as a parking lot, the Block 20 development will continue the activation of one of the most dynamic city blocks in downtown Indianapolis while providing financial support to the Athenaeum Foundation. Block 20 will deliver over 5,000 SF of commercial space, a 255 space parking garage and 78 apartment units.
