The $10,500,000 redevelopment of the 5800 block of East Washington Street in Indianapolis, IN was recently awarded the Merit Award for Real Estate Development from the Indy Chamber at the 2014 Monumental Awards. Our transformation of the former Indy East Motel site and the replacement build to suit project for Franciscan Health earned the second highest honor from a panel of judges made up of local real estate and community development leaders.
