Antone Najem

Antone is founder and owner of Third Street Ventures LLC and related entities. He drives the company’s strategic direction, directs major projects and acquisitions undertaken by TSV and is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, project partners, investors, and lenders. Antone began his real estate career in Duke Realty Corporation’s (DRE) South Florida office and has since delivered over $100,000,000 worth of real estate transactions and development projects.

Projects led by Antone Najem have received awards such as the 2015 Lt. Governor’s Award for Excellence in Affordable Housing – Urban, the 2014 Merit Award for Real Estate Development from the Indy Chamber, the 2014 Best Apartment Project Designed for Tax Credit Affordable Housing from the Indiana Apartment Association and he was one of ten finalists for both the 2012 & 2013 Junior Achievement of Central Indiana Best and Brightest in the Real Estate Development and Construction category.

Antone graduated from Indiana University – Bloomington with a BSPA from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs as well as a Business Foundations Certificate from the Kelley School of Business. Antone is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Indiana. He has been or is currently involved as a Board member or volunteer with St. Mary’s Child Center, Acacia Fraternity Building Corporation, TechPoint Foundation for Youth, Midtown Inc., and the Indianapolis Zoo Associate Council.

Jarod Brown

Jarod became a principal in TSV Properties LLC and TSV Services LLC in 2016. His work at TSVp is focused on legal due diligence, pursuit of multifamily assets, lender and equity relationships, and asset management related to properties including lease agreements, joint ventures, operating agreements, acquisitions, dispositions, management agreements, equity, mezzanine and financing agreements. Drawing on experiences in government, in-house counsel and law firm settings, Jarod delivers a unique, goal-oriented approach to tackling the myriad of issues presented by a given project.

Prior to joining TSVp, Jarod served as legal counsel to numerous real estate developers, investors, and financial institutions in various markets and segments in the legal due diligence of transactions in excess of $500,000,000. In 2013, he became a founding partner of Densborn Blachly LLP, which was recognized as a Best Law Firm by U.S. News & World Report and Best Lawyers in 2014 and 2015.

Jarod graduated from Indiana University – Bloomington with a B.S. from the Kelley School of Business before matriculating to the Robert H. McKinney School of Law where he received his J.D.. Governor Mitch Daniels appointed Jarod to the Indiana Real Estate Commission in 2011. He currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Business Law Section for the Indianapolis Bar Association, and is President-Elect of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Pastoral Council.

Greg Looney

Greg became a principal in TSV Construction LLC in 2016. Greg leads the construction team and is focused on client satisfaction and the day-to-day operations of the company. His involvement starts at project inception through closeout, including; planning, design coordination, budgeting, startup, execution, closeout, and handover.

Prior to joining TSVc, Greg worked his way into Senior level positions with two nationally recognized Construction Management/General Contracting Firms as a Senior Project Manager and Regional Director of Construction, overseeing $50,000,000+ of construction work on an annual basis. While in those positions Greg managed projects with contract values ranging from $100,000 – $20,000,000 in Indiana, Colorado, and Ohio. Greg’s vast construction experience includes tenant finish, retail, restaurants, healthcare, senior living, and banking, education and religious institutions.

Greg graduated from Purdue University – West Lafayette, IN with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Construction Management (BCM). He has also obtained a Healthcare Construction Certificate (HCC) from ASHE (American Society for Healthcare Engineering of The American Hospital Association) and is 30-hour OSHA certified.   He is currently involved with United Way of Central Indiana.

Bill Hanley

As a principal in TSV Management LLC, Bill oversees the property services team and assists with day to day operations of the assets managed by TSVm and other clients. His team is responsible for delivering exceptional property service to our clients, tenants, and other property partners.

Bill’s vast experience in facility and space management started with his founding of AwnClean Inc., and Ceiling Pro in 2003. Since then, Bill and his team have grown their customer base to over 1000 repeat customers across the Midwest. Customers include: Pf Chang’s, Papa John’s, Scotty’s Brewhouse, Whole Foods, Restoration Hardware, and many more.

Bill graduated from Miami University – Ohio with a degree in Finance and minors in Entrepreneurship and International Business. Bill is an avid golfer, regularly competing in Indiana Golf Association tournaments.
